Product Description

EUROTEX ACRYLIC is a high quality exterior coating based on acrylic copolymer emulsion binder, produced with the latest technology. With its finely patterned (grained) structure, it can be safely used for decorative and protective purposes on the exteriors of buildings.

Consumption

Depending on the surface smoothness:

• With 1 kg: 0.7 - 1.1 m² of surface can be covered.

For exact consumption, it is recommended to apply on the surface.

Thinning

It is ready to use, if necessary it can be diluted with water at a maximum of 5% by weight.

Application Instructions

1. The surface must be solid, clean, dry and dust-free.
2. Necessary areas should be puttyed with "Eurosilex Putty".
3. Glassy and shiny surfaces must be sanded to ensure the coating adheres.
4. Raw surfaces should be primed with "Eurosilex Primer".
5. On weak and absorbent surfaces, first "Binder" and then "Eurosilex Primer" should be applied.
6. The coating is applied in a single layer with a roller suitable for the desired pattern, at least 24 hours after priming.

Drying Time

• Hard Dry: 24 hours

Storage and Shelf Life

It can be stored for 3 years in its unopened original packaging, in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight and frost.

Things to Consider

• It should be mixed until it reaches the appropriate consistency before use.
• The surface temperature during application should be between +5 °C and +30 °C.
• Application should not be done in strong winds or under direct sunlight on very hot days.
• On newly plastered surfaces, at least 4 weeks must be allowed for the plaster to dry before applying the coating.
• Precautions should be taken considering the possibility of rain after application.
• To avoid tone differences, productions with the same batch number should be used.
