Product Description

SiLiZOL is a solvent-based, silicone-based, highly water vapor permeable and transparent impregnation material. It provides excellent water repellency without forming a film layer on absorbent external surfaces and does not change the natural appearance of the surface. It prevents the formation of moss and fungus and provides protection against contamination.

Expenditure

Depending on surface absorbency:

• Absorbent and Worn Surfaces: 1-3 m² with 1 Liter
• Normal Surfaces: 5-8 m² with 1 Liter

For exact consumption, it is recommended to apply on the surface.

Application Instructions

1. Clean the surface to be applied from dust, oil, old paint residue and dirt.
2. Repair cracks on the surface with repair mortars.
3. The application should be done by dividing the surface into 4 m² areas.
4. After applying the first layer, continue applying until the surface is saturated without waiting for it to dry:
   • On vertical surfaces: At least 2 coats
   • On horizontal surfaces: At least 3 coats
5. Apply using a brush or roller.

Drying Time

• Touch Dry: 2-4 hours
• Complete Drying and Protection: 48 hours

Storage and Shelf Life

It can be stored for 5 years in its unopened packaging in a cool, dry environment protected from direct sunlight.

Things to Consider

• It should be mixed in its packaging before use until it reaches the appropriate consistency.
• Application should not be made on wet and frozen surfaces.
• If there is a possibility of rain during application, precautions should be taken.
• It can be applied on dry surfaces even at very low temperatures.

• R10: Flammable.
• R20/21/22: Harmful by inhalation, in contact with skin and if swallowed.
• S2: Keep out of reach of children.
• S3/7/9: Keep container tightly closed in a cool, well-ventilated place.
• S13: Keep away from food and drink.
• S16: Keep away from ignition sources, do not smoke.
• S23: Do not breathe vapour.
• S24/25: Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
• S26: In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice.
• S46: If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately and show the container and label.
• S51: Use only in well-ventilated areas.
• S56: Do not dispose of in the environment/sewer.
