FINISHING COAT Luxury Synthetic Glossy Paint is an alkyd binder based, easy to apply, top coat paint that provides superior gloss. It is used safely for decorative and protective purposes on interior and exterior surfaces, furniture, doors, windows, wrought iron, metal and wooden surfaces such as warehouses and tankers. It does not leave brush and roller marks, does not run or crack.

Expenditure

Depending on surface absorbency and application:

• With 1 litre: 15-20 m² of surface can be painted.

Thinning

It is diluted with Synthetic Thinner at a rate of 5-10% by volume.

Application Instructions

1. The surface must be cleaned of oil, rust and swollen residue.
2. Knots on wooden surfaces should be burned and resins should be cleaned with cellulosic thinner.
3. Metal surfaces should be primed with "Europax".
4. Raw wooden surfaces should be saturated with "Decor".
5. Painting is applied in two layers by brush, roller or spray.
6. A minimum of 10-12 hours should be waited between coats.

Drying Time

• Touch Dry: 3-5 hours
• Dust-free drying time: 6-8 hours
• Hard Dry: 24 hours

Storage and Shelf Life

It can be stored for 5 years in its unopened original packaging, in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight and frost.

Things to Consider

• It should be mixed until it reaches the appropriate consistency before use.
• The surface temperature during application should be between +5 °C and +30 °C.
• Primer must be applied to new surfaces and surfaces that require repair.
• Glassy surfaces must be sanded or primed for the paint to adhere.
