EUROSILEX PASTE is an acrylic copolymer emulsion binder based, flexible exterior filler and surface correction paste. It can be used safely to obtain a smooth, even surface by filling cracks and gaps.

Expenditure

Depending on surface porosity and smoothness:

• With 1 kg: 0.8-1.3 m² of surface can be puttyed.

For exact consumption, it is recommended to apply on the surface.

Thinning

It is ready to use. It is recommended to use with cement additive on new surfaces.

Application Instructions

1. The application surface must be solid, clean, dry and dust-free.
2. On new surfaces, 20% cement by weight is added and mixed with water to form a paste.
3. The paste is applied to the surface in 2-3 layers with a spatula or flexible steel trowel.
4. After the putty has dried, the surface is smoothed with sandpaper or wet felt.
5. The prepared paste should be consumed within 1 hour after mixing with the cement additive.

Drying Time

• Complete Drying: 24 hours

Storage and Shelf Life

It can be stored for 3 years in its unopened original packaging, in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight and frost.

Things to Consider

• It should be mixed in its packaging before use until it reaches the appropriate consistency.
• The surface temperature during application should be between +5 °C and +30 °C.
• Large surface differences should be filled with cementitious materials.
• Excess paste can be stored by covering it with water and sealing it tightly.
• Application should not be done in strong winds and direct sunlight.
• Wait at least 4 weeks before applying putty on newly plastered surfaces.
