Product Description

OTTOMAN SILICONE EXTERIOR PAINT is an acrylic copolymer emulsion binder based, highly UV resistant, silicone added and matte top coat exterior paint. It can be used safely on plaster, concrete, exposed concrete, aerated concrete, brick and all mineral surfaces.

Expenditure

Depending on surface absorbency and smoothness:

• With 1 litre: 8-12 m² of surface can be painted.

Thinning

It is diluted with 10-15% water by volume.

Application Instructions

1. The application surface must be solid, clean, dry and dust-free.
2. Glassy and shiny surfaces must be sanded to ensure paint adherence.
3. On weak and absorbent surfaces, first "Concentrated Primer" and then "Exterior Primer" should be applied.
4. Paint should be applied in two coats by brush, roller or spray.
5. Wait at least 6 hours between coats.

Drying Time

• Touch Dry: 1-2 hours
• Hard Dry: 24 hours

Storage and Shelf Life

It can be stored for 3 years in its unopened original packaging, in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight and frost.

Things to Consider

• It should be mixed until it reaches the appropriate consistency before use.
• The surface temperature during application should be between +5 °C and +30 °C.
• On newly plastered surfaces, at least 4 weeks must be waited for the plaster to dry.
• To avoid tone differences, productions with the same batch number should be used.
